Preliminary Evaluation

When making our preliminary task film, we made sure that we followed the criteria given to us to the best of our abilities. As we were both new to the different media terms we tried our best in putting everything in. By following the criteria, we were able to structure our film, we made sure we added exactly what was asked, such as match on action, 180 degree rule and shot reverse shot. It perhaps did not look as good as it could but we tried the new techniques without any struggle. 

To be honest, I really liked our idea for this task because it’s a controversial topic and we picked great people to participate in our film. They wasn’t fazed by the theme, they both took to their roles very quickly and easily. 

When making our next films we will now be able to listen and take on board all criticisms and feedback to ensure our work is up to standard.
